"A few days ago I had some questions about my auto and homeowners policies and was connected with Charles at Vince's office. He wasn't able to figure out exactly what was going on with my policy, so he told me he'd do some digging and call me back. AND HE DID IT! He called me back first thing the very next day with all of the answers I needed. This is the kind of effort and follow through that make for GREAT customer service!
